Workfront brings collaboration and workflow management into the applications where creative work is done. We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to implement projects and programs within the Adobe Workfront product teams. You will work closely with Product and Engineering leaders and teams to lead programs that drive the creation and operation of new features, functionalities and capabilities within the Workfront product.What you’ll doLead large-scale programs across organizations in a matrix-ed, globally diverse workforce, run initiatives end to end working with cross functional teams, build detailed program plans, work with your engineering team on resource allocations, document and track risks/issues to closure.Maintain a deep, technical end-to-end understanding of the solution being built, its upstream and downstream dependencies and impacts, and critical changes needed to support the initiative.Build detailed program status reports including executive-level presentations that can be consumed at various levels of the organization.Actively engage and influence people at all levels: from front-line team members to VPs, SVPs, and C-level executives, connecting continuously to partners throughout the organization.Collaborate with Product Management, Architecture, Engineering, and business partners to drive Workfront’s product strategies to completion.Coordinate multiple concurrent projects and programs; varying in size/scope/complexity, spanning across several different teams and organizations.Proactively identify risks in all assigned areas; work with teams and management to mitigate these risks before they become issues.Understand and bring clarity to complex technical challenges, and successfully articulate and navigate through options that deliver the best outcome.What you need to succeedBachelor's degree in a technical field (or) equivalent work experience.8+ years of technical program management experience, leading cross-functional teams.Motivated, passionate about customer experience, execution oriented high-performance individual with strong process and metric focus.Organized with outstanding attention to detail; understands the what, why, when, how and who to drive better solutions.Working industry knowledge of B2B (SMB + Enterprise) software licensing, deployment, management, and administration (from both the provider and customer POV).Experience in an always-on, services based infrastructure/architecture, ensuring seamless customer experiences; scaled to address future demands.Ability to manage competing priorities and schedules to get your project across the finish line in a mode that brings value to partners inside and outside Adobe.Ability to tailor messaging and influence individuals from the C-Suite to the Individual Contributor.Can work well across organizations in a matrixed; globally-diverse workforce.Solid knowledge of the agile methodologiesWorking understanding of iPaaS and enterprise platform integrationsFamiliarity with compliance (PII, usability, GDPR, data retention and usage, security practices, SDLC constructs, etc.)Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $118,500 -- $212,700 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
