They will have a proven track record of delivering platform and developer-centric products.What You'll Do Define platform capabilities in this domain and drive, prioritize, and develop product roadmap and requirements, working with engineering and architecture leadership.Collaborate with multiple functional teams in Adobe to deliver platform services.Act as a liaison with documentation, solution, and evangelist teams as the first consumers of platform services.Understand customer experience through an ambitious focus on customer feedback, customer use cases, and customer measurement.Participate in one or more scrum teams as a product owner to define goals, set priorities and be responsible for the backlog accomplishments.Evaluate open source and partner technologies.Work with Experience Designers to craft workflows and UI experiences.Ensure that the correct user personas are identified and validated.Set criteria for release readiness about the functionality of the solution.Provide periodic project updates to executives and product leadership.What is needed to succeed 4 to 8 years of product management experience, preferably in big data systems or marketing/ad technology.Bachelor’s degree in computer science, HCI or equivalent experience, MBA a plus.Proven track record in navigating both the technical and functional domains.Strong communicator and solution-led approach.API and micro-service design experience.Understanding of REST-based APIs and Microservices architectures.Experience using Agile methodologies to drive software development.Experience delivering Software as a Service.Able to distill a sophisticated set of requirements into defined deliverables.Able to explain sophisticated concepts in a way that enables the team to understand what they are doing and why.The ability to think strategically about meeting broad requirements sets.Collaboration skills to interface optimally with a wide variety of team members.Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $114,000 -- $220,900 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
