We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours!The OpportunityAs Sr. Director, you will oversee strategy, product management, and execution for Adobe Experience League (https://experienceleague.adobe.com) where innovators come together to join a community of experience makers and access a vast library of resources, courses, and learning content. You will play a central role in leading and defining strategy and roadmap, communicating requirements across teams and functions, prioritizing feedback, gaining buy-in from stakeholders, and ultimately ensuring that the platform exceeds our customer’s needs and achieves Adobe’s strategic objectives. An innovative leader with strong leadership skills is required to create and execute on vision, drive ruthless prioritization of requirements, and to ensure decisions are made and communicated clearly and in a timely manner.What You’ll DoLead overall product management for Adobe’s website, Experience League.Partner with Product, Marketing, Technical Content, Engineering, Professional Services, Customer Success, and Support teams, to achieve Adobe’s strategic objectives for Experience League.Work across the business to define the vision and strategic objectives for the website, leveraging insights from opportunity assessments, competitive analyses, stakeholder interviews, customer needs, and data insights.Develop product strategy and the roadmap for Experience League with your direct reporting team of product managers to ensure the prioritized execution of key objectives.Deeply understand the Experience Cloud business while equally understanding customer needs for learning and community by utilizing user insights, journeys, and persona research.Manage and work with data analysts to improve end-to-end measurement capabilities at the customer level to gain insight into customer use of the site and business impact.Partner closely with Professional Services to implement the latest technology innovations of Adobe Experience Cloud, to both showcase capabilities and to provide ongoing feedback to Product.What You’ll Need to Succeed10+ years’ experience with a focus on Product Management with increasing scope, responsibility, and impact in a high-tech environment.Experience leading teams in an agile software development environment including user stories and use cases, functional and non-functional requirements, and acceptance criteria to clearly define and communicate new services, features, and capabilities.BS in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.MBA or equivalent experience.Ruthlessly prioritize, make hard trade-offs, and execute for results in ambiguous situations.Motivated self-starter who creates energy and clarity while holding empathy for the end user experience.Strong communication and social skills; ability to work across teams and geographies.Confident and comfortable communicating with senior executives in a clear and concise manner.At Adobe, you will be immersed in an exceptional work environment that is recognized throughout the world on Best Companies lists. The U.S. pay range for this position is $175,200 -- $371,600 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
