This new position will work with multiple teams to build the strategy and operating model of how content is planned, created, governed, and measured. This position will partner with other teams/functions throughout the entire Adobe enterprise org structure to champion maturity across Adobe’s marketing practices and technology. The ideal person will have a shown ability to build programs and supporting teams from the ground up which focus on improving collaboration, process, and how we use our own products, while creating strong standards and structure to increase operational efficiency.Responsibilities include:Definition and governance of Global Digital Media B2B Marketing org’s content operating model across the full content/asset lifecycle (planning, production, governance, and archiving)Partner with Global Digital Media B2B Marketing Ops team to govern and improve the existing larger campaign GTM operating model.Represent the Org’s content operation when participation is required to help drive enterprise initiatives with technical teams, i.e. Adobe Global IT’s Microsoft Dynamics Transformation/Campaign Utility program, Global Marketing and Strategy’s (GMS) Content Supply Chain Customer Zero program, and Global Marketing Operations and Technology’s (GMOT) Workfront Customer Zero programSupport content operations standard methodologies by designing use of technology, i.e. Workfront, Adobe Experience Manager Assets, SFDC, etc.Communicate strategies and recommendations to leadership teams to gain consensus and influence for change across a large organizationDevelop strong working relationships with key internal and external partners across different business units, operations teams, Adobe IT and marketingLead a virtual team across multiple functions within the organization to support and govern its content operationAct as admin for any point solution technologies such as AirTableRequirements:Bachelor's degree is preferred or 8+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or equivalent practical experience.8+ years of experience working within a Marketing Operations, Campaign Operations, or Digital Asset Management RoleStrong understanding of asset management and the technology used in the field of marketing used to handle assetsStrong passion in building new programs and new motions and teamsStrong ability to influence at all levels, internally and externallyAbility to operate in a complex environment with minimal supervisionExcellent interpersonal communication, written and verbalExperienced individual contributor with a consistent track record in working effectively across varied functional teamsOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $123,200 -- $238,300 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
