Sales Coaching in Adobe & ABD (SMB) context Help sellers make connects.Help sellers make more per connects.Understand the various sales motions at Adobe Business Direct ( Inbound/outbound/MQLs) and build coaching plan for each RTM.WW Scope of Work, with ability to coach 500+ ww sellers directly and via trainers. Spread across geo’s, processes, vendors, contractors, and employees.Coaching Intervention across sales lifecycle Monitoring sales interactions, studying sales performance and reports.Assessment of the sellersIdentify individual and team training needs.Design curriculum to meet the sales strategy.Deliver enablement directly and with partners.Be the bridge between product features/benefits to effective value-based pitches.Improve Productivity by Seller across regions and processes.Enable sales reps to expand customer value propositions through utilization of self-service options, improved technical knowledge/support and resolution of customer issues/requests.Business performance focusSet Quantitative milestones and measure performance to assess impact of coaching( ARR/Chat/Call/MQL/CTA)Develop educational material, including presentations, sales scripts, and case studies.Partner in designing training courses using gamification, role-playing activities and job simulation.Gather feedback on all training programs from trainees, managers, and instructors.Must continue to be well-versed in and knowledgeable of all products and services, procedures, and policies.Requirements and skillsWork experience as a Sales Coach, Sales Trainer or similar roleExperience in having done Sales with showcase results.Familiarity with role-playing activities and e-learning platformsHands-on experience creating presentations (e.g., videos or slides)Problem-solving skillsAdditional training certification is a plus.Professional certifications in sales training like Certified Inside Sales Professional (CISP), Certified Sales & Marketing Professional will be preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsEye for detailWorking closely with the global team during North American working hours.
