This position is responsible for growing Adobe’s Digital Marketing business in the assigned vertical through the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities that satisfy customer needs. It will involve building long-term C Level customer relationships with CMOs, CIOs and CEOs and other partners. The ideal candidate will understand the industry trends while growing Adobe’s revenue in this segment. This is an individual contributor role.What you’ll do:Create, maintain and execute a business plan for the assigned vertical with goals and objectives, based on opportunity, customer needs, and Adobe's strategic direction.Define the sales strategy through a Strategic Account Plan to increase customer footprint for Adobe’s offerings in each account. Build a process of strategic account mapping and C Level relationships using presales, consulting and the partner management teams.Possess competency in the selling methodology, TAS, Blue sheet assessments of the accounts and deep knowledge of various industries.Ability to build C Level relationships with CMOs, CIOs, CEOs via value-based selling involving return on investment analysis and being able to build an abstraction between the technology itself and the core business benefits which are easily understandable by C Level executives at customersSound Business acumen around Forecasting and Pipeline Management. Maintain regular pipeline forecasts and provide business health checks to senior sales management.Consistently reinforce the importance of Adobe's Core Values.Work with Agency Partners to increase Adobe’s penetration in his/her accounts.Take ownership of every proposal generated by the Evaluation and Offering team and present to customersEnsure that proper security & legal compliance measures are applied and followed at all times.What you need to succeed:Bachelor’s Degree and preferably an MBA from respected colleges in the countryMinimum of 10/12 years of consultative sales experience including strategic selling, persuasion and negotiationMinimum of 5 years’ experience of selling Enterprise Applications/ Marketing CloudExperience collaborating with both internal team members and external customers as a part of a solution-based sales processDemonstrated ability to energize, develop, and build rapport at all levels within an organizationStrong communication skills to synthesize complex issues and communicate into simple messagesWillingness and ability to travel within your specified geographic regionDesired Characteristics:Strong Business & Sales Acumen – From forecasting to closures to pipeline management across New lines of businessVery strong Digital Marketing Market knowledge and CMO/CIO ConnectsSound ability of building solution value propositions to customersOutstanding Communication Skills – Written and OralMore reasons why Adobe life is the good lifeSkip those awful “performance reviews.”Work in a place that cultivates great leaders throughout the organization.
