From the moment you wake up in the morning until you go to bed at night consider the media you consume, the adverts you see, the apps you use, the websites you browse and almost all of the shopping you do online throughout the day.Chances are that every single one of those interactions, every single one of those experiences, was touched by an Adobe product.We have a fantastic opportunity for a German Speaking Contract Renewal Specialist to join our Digital Media business unit based in Dublin, City West!What you'll Do Developing a deep expertise and understanding of Adobe's Enterprise Term agreements (Digital Media Products) Conditions of Service, Commercial Terms and Adobe's standards for pricing and negotiating renewals.Researching customer contracts and purchasing history in Adobe's various CRM systems in order to build timely and accurate quotations for anniversary billings within the portfolioEngaging with Adobe end users, distributors and resellers, secure Purchase orders on time and improve revenue through True-Ups.Engaging with account managers, partner manager and partners to assist in driving recurring billings to conclusionEngaging with business partners in sales, finance, etc. to resolve issues raised by Customers or partners related to anniversary paymentsSecuring and validating Purchase orders on time, driving maximum booking rates overallHandling the opportunity pipeline from week to week, providing accurate and timely updates to management on progress and outlookAttaining quarterly targets for bookings, timely bookings and overall revenue goalsWhat you need to succeed Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a numerate, technical or business disciplineFluency in German and English.Desire to thrive in sales operationsStrong numeracy skills, including intermediate or better familiarity with Microsoft ExcelExperience in operating in an (external) customer facing environment (telephone/email based)Competence with reporting and information management tools, including MS Excel and Sharepoint, SAP / Siebel CRM, Salesforce or similar analytical and information management applications.
