We value the unique experiences and perspectives that each person brings to The Trade Desk, and we are committed to fostering inclusive spaces where everyone can bring their authentic selves to work every day.So, if you are talented, driven, creative, and eager to join a dynamic, globally-connected team, then we want to talk!What you’ll do:Investigate client and vendor requests related to ad policy, creative quality, and inventory qualityFind technical, operational, policy or business solutions to complex marketplace quality problemsCreate internal documentation and educational materials, work with Marketing and company leadership to craft strategic external messaging about sensitive industry topics related to inventory quality, ad quality and transparencyWork closely with Engineering, Product, Partnerships, Legal, Business Intelligence and Client Services teams to drive forward our marketplace quality prioritiesHandle complex, sensitive discussions with clients, partners and vendors to reach favorable outcomesUnderstand where future marketplace quality needs may arise and create a plan for current and future improvements to our product, policy, processes and use of third-party vendors to address those needsWork with industry-wide organizations such as TAG and IAB to share findings and establish best practices throughout the ad tech ecosystemWho you are:4+ years of experience in operational and/or technical roles at a DSP, SSP, ConnectedTV vendor, or ad verification vendorUnderstanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem, trends and industry initiatives related to supply quality and transparencyKnowledge of the anti-fraud offerings of major advertising technology vendorsUnderstanding of ads.txt, app-ads.txt, sellers.json, and supply chain transparency protocolsStrategic mindsetAbility to continually make progress on long-term projects while also managing the day-to-day needs of a dynamic, rapidly growing businessSuperior ability to communicate to a variety of internal and external stakeholdersHighly organized and detail-orientedIntense curiosityOutstanding ability to think critically and solve complex problemsRoll up your sleeves attitudeExperience with SQL, JIRA, Excel, and OpenRTB#LI-ES1Our Compensation and Benefits ( for NY, CO, CA, and WA residents only)At the Trade Desk, Base Salary is one part of our competitive total compensation and benefits package and is determined using a salary range.  The base salary range for this role is $79,800 -$146,300In accordance with NY, CO, CA, and WA law, the range provided is The Trade Desk's reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role.  The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location.  All employees may be eligible to become The Trade Desk shareholders through eligibility for stock-based compensation grants, which are awarded to employees based on company and individual performance. The Trade Desk also offers other compensation depending on the role such as sales-based incentives and commissions.  Plus, expected benefits for this role include comprehensive healthcare (medical, dental, and vision) with premiums paid in full for employees and dependents, retirement benefits such as a 401k plan and company match, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, well-being benefits, reimbursement for certain tuition expenses, parental leave, sick time of 1 hour per 30 hours worked, vacation time for full time employees up to 120 hours thru the first year and 160 hours thereafter, and around 13 paid holidays per year.  Employees can also purchase The Trade Desk stock at a discount through The Trade Desk’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
