While you will not have direct reports, you will work cross functionally across a wide breadth of teams, to ensure alignment in strategy, technical and regulatory implications, and overall success of identity across the Trade Desk business.What you’ll do:Own: Responsible for successfully launching, driving, and managing our external efforts for EUID across EuropePitch: Delivering consultative selling as the identity expert to win new businessEngage: Command and engage at all levels in an organisation - able to own every level of client relationship up to C-level as an identity expert with external partnersCoordinate: Coordinate global discussions regional leaders and their teams, and able to act as a point of escalation for cross functional teams Facilitate: Work closely with product, marketing, legal, and revenue teams on our positioning to maximise adoption Support: Identify client needs and support country managers to allow for easily activated identity solutions Connect: Build deep and lasting connections internally across The Trade Desk departments and specialty functions to better coordinate the Identity VisionConsolidate: Own cross-functional roadmap to ensure enhancements are executed Educate: Understand the nuances of local regulators and industry bodies the roles they play and impact our business (both current state and future plans)Who you are:We are looking for a commercially savvy, strategist who understands the identity landscape and is credible in front of clients, partners, and sales leaders. You need to thrive leading strategic, cross-functional initiativeswith the ability to easily switch between details and strategic vision as we transition from a nascent offering to a scaled part of our business portfolio. You will have: A proven track record in all aspects of identity, online targeting and cookie related advertising solutions. Held a product or strategic partnership role in complex environments such as tech companies. Understand Europe, the differences of how business is done across multiple countries and show cultural sensitivity in how to gain trust and impact with clients.Experience at an online publisher, ad network, ad exchange, ad server, SEM platform, DSP, or other online advertising company.Existing relationships with decision makers at major advertisers and agencies.Experience establishing longstanding, consultative client relationships.Able to lead commercial and strategic discussions with customers and partners.Strong communication skills with an ability to speak with C-level clients.Passion for owning a room, closing deals, and getting wins.Proven track record of exceeding expectations.Energised when faced with ambiguity and uncertainty – enjoys creating “the playbook” when one doesn’t exist.#LI-MD1The Trade Desk does not accept unsolicited resumes from search firm recruiters.
