Able to utilize this perspective to be a global thought leader, representing our Company & industry at high-profile events.Excels at strategic mindset and using the understanding of our Company vision to set global account objectives.Global account ownership for performance against revenue targets and P&L management.Ability to take on complex problems and create routes to solutions. Building, maintaining, and executing engagement plans both internally externally with clients and partners.Informs our product roadmap and the global client services vision & strategy.Excels at building networks internally and externally.Can demonstrate significant influence, persuade and collaborate up to C-level at clients as well as influencing and inspiring our internal teams. Working with and being able to influence CMOs and CEOs through superior business insights.Able to demonstrate gravitas and communicate at any level.Thought leadership about programmatic marketing.Who you are:10+ years of strong people management experience.Solid background and fluent understanding of the Programmatic market and industry.A natural leader and motivator of people with a collaborative team approach.Proven record of applying high EQ to manage people’s emotions.Extensive experience in professional client strategy/relationship management.Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, executive team and industry groups.Execute in an intense and fast-paced environment.Experience at new business development and pitching.Excellent influencing and negotiation skills.Effective time management skills – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.#LI-JL1Our Compensation and Benefits ( for NY, CO, CA, and WA residents only)At the Trade Desk, Base Salary is one part of our competitive total compensation and benefits package and is determined using a salary range.  The base salary range for this role is $185,500 -$340,100In accordance with NY, CO, CA, and WA law, the range provided is The Trade Desk's reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role.  The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location.  All employees may be eligible to become The Trade Desk shareholders through eligibility for stock-based compensation grants, which are awarded to employees based on company and individual performance. The Trade Desk also offers other compensation depending on the role such as sales-based incentives and commissions.  Plus, expected benefits for this role include comprehensive healthcare (medical, dental, and vision) with premiums paid in full for employees and dependents, retirement benefits such as a 401k plan and company match, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, well-being benefits, reimbursement for certain tuition expenses, parental leave, sick time of 1 hour per 30 hours worked, vacation time for full time employees up to 120 hours thru the first year and 160 hours thereafter, and around 13 paid holidays per year.  Employees can also purchase The Trade Desk stock at a discount through The Trade Desk’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
