Reporting to the SVP, People Operations, you will ensure the strategic initiatives of the Engagement Team Managers enhance employee experience at TTD and align with the organization’s broader business objectives. You will have the opportunity to create programs and influence internal processes that truly impact the culture of our organization and the employee side of our business.As the Engagement Team Lead, you will work in partnership with several internal teams (People Transformation, L&D, Talent Acquisition, People Technology & Analytics, People Solutions) to build and execute initiatives and tools that lead to an exceptional employee experience. You will critically analyze employee survey data and feedback analytics, then draw upon this information to guide your team’s priorities. As a key driver of culture at TTD, you will be responsible for the development, implementation and adoption of engagement-related programs, processes and strategies throughout the organization focused on enhancing experience. What You Will Be Doing:Work with the SVP, People Operations to lead a company culture and programs that enable an exceptional employee experience built upon inclusion, recognition and data-informed People programs and strategies.Offer people expertise and insight to inform strategic decisions and evaluate current programs and processes to identify opportunities for improvement throughout the organization. Re-think how we provide our employees with an exceptional employee experience using technology, vendors, innovation, and other resources. Regularly design, gather, and analyze people-centric company data. Use these insights to inform Engagement Team strategy and initiatives and encourage a culture of empowerment, innovation, belonging & satisfaction.Partner consistently with the People Transformation, L&D, HRBP Org, Talent Acquisition, People Technology & Analytics and People Solutions Teams to embed engagement and positive culture throughout all pillars of our organization.Oversee the strategy and activities of the Engagement Team Managers. Management and build out of Engagement Team responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:Onboarding Experience: Continuous evaluation of onboarding experience and orientation, delivery of Values series, management of candidate surveys & feedback-informed strategy, maintenance of related content Culture & Analytics: Design of employee surveys, analysis of culture data, action planning and strategy implementation, production of events/initiatives aligned with overall employee values and business goals, management of internal partnerships within TTD (Marketing, Wellness, Facilities Teams, etc.)Recognition Strategy: Creation and rollout of recognition strategy in partnership with the Compensation Team, management, and expansion of the Anniversary ProgramWhat You Bring To The Table: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Professional HR certification or related graduate degree is preferred.5-8 years of progressive People Ops and/or culture and engagement experience. Minimum of 5 years leading and managing the work of a team of People Ops or engagement professionals and managing relationships with functional COEs and People Ops leadership. 5+ years of analyzing people-centric data and developing strategic solutions. In-depth understanding of people best practices and drivers of behavior, including adoption and change management best practices.Experience with program management, organization, effective planning and scheduling of large-scale programs, events, and initiatives at the organizational level to meet both short- and long-range goals and objectives.Strong leadership capabilities with ability to lead, develop and motivate others in accomplishing goals. Proven leadership skills and the ability to provide structure and guidance for a team.Ability to build effective work relationships, influence behavior with experience in change management and develop and implement strategic People Ops initiatives and programs that are aligned to business needs. Ability to establish credibility and develop, maintain, and influence at all levels in the organization while building relationships and trust during times of change and transition.Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to convey business requirements and technical needs in a clear, concise, and effective manner.Ability to exercise professional judgment and assume responsibility for decisions which have an impact on people, quality of service, and costs.Passionate about employee experience, TTD values and the overall growth of the organization.#LI-JK1Our Compensation and Benefits ( for NY, CO, CA, and WA residents only)At the Trade Desk, Base Salary is one part of our competitive total compensation and benefits package and is determined using a salary range.  The base salary range for this role is $128,500 -$235,600In accordance with NY, CO, CA, and WA law, the range provided is The Trade Desk's reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role.  The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location.  All employees may be eligible to become The Trade Desk shareholders through eligibility for stock-based compensation grants, which are awarded to employees based on company and individual performance. The Trade Desk also offers other compensation depending on the role such as sales-based incentives and commissions.  Plus, expected benefits for this role include comprehensive healthcare (medical, dental, and vision) with premiums paid in full for employees and dependents, retirement benefits such as a 401k plan and company match, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, well-being benefits, reimbursement for certain tuition expenses, parental leave, sick time of 1 hour per 30 hours worked, vacation time for full time employees up to 120 hours thru the first year and 160 hours thereafter, and around 13 paid holidays per year.  Employees can also purchase The Trade Desk stock at a discount through The Trade Desk’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
