Come and see why Fortune magazine consistently ranks The Trade Desk among the best small-medium-sized workplaces globally.We are looking for an Ad Policy Operations Analyst that can assist the Ad Policy Operations team in all aspects of running the day-to-day operation of the team.What you’ll do:Work cross functionally with colleagues from data support, legal, inventory partnerships, data partnerships, etc. to collaborate on policy issues.Write queries and run reports independently OR; in collaboration with the BI/support teams to get critical data to help inform decisions.Ownership of the team Kanban board in JiraOwn and manage the Ad Policy Operations PolicyHub on company intranetCoordinate logistics for global policy trainings to drive awareness and understanding of various policiesLearn and train on the policy development and implementation process.1st line response to Slack inquiries during normal business hoursFacilitate 2x/week standup meetings · Political categorization violations workflowPrepare quarterly political creative trends report for the directorSupport the Detection/Enforcement associates by using TMT’s AI scanning tool to review creativesReview ad creatives for compliance with TTD policies and guidelinesOccasionally lead/facilitate meetings with manager supportWho you are:3-5 years of relevant work experience.Educational background in policy, government affairs, political science and related fields.Working knowledge of the US political system.Some working experience with policy and knowledge of the ad tech space and key policy issues affecting the open internet is a plus.Technical: basic SQL and proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Excel, OneDrive, Microsoft Office or comparable toolsLanguage: in addition to English proficiency, language skills in a second language are a plus  #LI-TP1Our Compensation and Benefits (for NY, CO, CA, and WA residents only)At the Trade Desk, Base Salary is one part of our competitive total compensation and benefits package and is determined using a salary range.  The base salary range for this role is $54,400 -$99,800In accordance with NY, CO, CA, and WA law, the range provided is The Trade Desk's reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role.  The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location.  All employees may be eligible to become The Trade Desk shareholders through eligibility for stock-based compensation grants, which are awarded to employees based on company and individual performance. The Trade Desk also offers other compensation depending on the role such as sales-based incentives and commissions.
