We value the unique experiences and perspectives that each person brings to The Trade Desk, and we are committed to fostering inclusive spaces where everyone can bring their authentic selves to work every day.So, if you are talented, driven, creative, and eager to join a dynamic, globally-connected team, then we want to talk!What you’ll do:We are looking for a Senior Generalist to work within our global People Solutions team focused on transactional processing and process efficiencies with a focus on excellent customer service delivery. You will be part of the global People Solutions team reporting to the Sr. Manager, People Solutions working alongside the region’s HR team.In this role you will:Execute business process transactions including the HRIS (Workday) transactions to meet global and regional business needs.Provide guidance and resolution of day-to-day inquiries through the interpretation and application of policies and procedures and discern matters that should be escalated Centers of Excellence.Meet the changing needs of the business and ensure high quality service delivery working within defined SLAsMaintain knowledge of immigration and compliance requirements in the regional country HR legislation, and employment lawsPartner with global teams to support and facilitate mobility, visa needs and compliance across multiple jurisdictionsActively participate in the creation, documentation and process improvement with a focus on automationAnalyze shared services metrics/KPIs, reporting/adherence to recommend and implement continuous process improvementsConsult with key stakeholders and Centers of Excellence to understand business needs, undertake the implementation of programs and support the improvement of processesDeploy initiatives in the local business and contribute to the design of local and (at times), global HR initiatives.Work with stakeholders to ensure the smooth onboarding and offboarding of employees.Support the payroll administration and reporting for the regionOther projects as needed. Who you are:Well versed in HR business processes, with a strong knowledge of compliance in HR legislation, and employment lawsMinimum 5 years in an HR Generalist role; 2- 3 years’ experience working directly with employees and managers in a global shared services modelMultilingual and multicounty EMEA experience preferredMust be able to exercise strong judgement and independently take appropriate action within defined HR policies and proceduresExcellent customer service skills with a strong focused on customer service satisfactionDemonstrated ability to work effectively in teams; share responsibility for results, provide and accept feedbackEffectively deliver in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environmentHigh level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive informationEnergetic and self-motivated, pro-active, taking ownership of responsibilitiesStrong conflict management and resolution skillsExperience working with HR database such as WorkdayExperience understanding and working/developing KPIs and SLAs to enhance the global and regional service deliveryExcellent administration, organization skills and project management skillsExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are requiredBA/BS degree (preferably HR or Business Administration) or equivalent practical experience.Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Workday, as well as Jira & Confluence experience preferred#LI-PR1The Trade Desk does not accept unsolicited resumes from search firm recruiters.
