Work closely with TTD’s malware vendors.Investigate malware incidents and communicate with all key stakeholdersFine tune established processes for unblocking malware incidents with TTD’s Global Support Team.Field supplier complaints and requests relating to ad creativesAssist in the review of sensitive ad creatives as neededDevelop a program to continuously monitor sensitive advertisers and high-risk clients on TTD’s platformLead mitigation actions for noncompliant advertisers and creatives.Work with product and engineering to build new tools and systems to catch bad actors and noncompliant campaigns/creatives.Who you are:BS degree or equivalent and 6+ years of relevant work experience.Discretion: ability to handle and communicate sensitive information with care and maturity.Candor: ability to have difficult conversations with key stakeholders and focus on driving mutually agreeable solutions.Strong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work cross functionally and work across the globe with people from different culturesBasic understanding of the digital advertising ecosystemBasic understanding of HTML and JavaScript related to ad creatives and deliveryIn-depth understanding of malware methodology, distribution, and preventionProficiency in SQL and basic understanding of how databases workExperience at a Malware prevention vendor or being a client of a Malware vendor.Experience at an SSP or publisher, specializing in creative management, approvals and fraudExperience in TAG or similar threat exchangesExperience working with product managers and engineers.Preference for experience working with global teams.Investigations or cyber security background a plus. #LI-TP1Our Compensation and Benefits (for NY, CO, CA, and WA residents only)At the Trade Desk, Base Salary is one part of our competitive total compensation and benefits package and is determined using a salary range. The base salary range for this role is$54,400 -$99,800In accordance with NY, CO, CA, and WA law, the range provided is The Trade Desk's reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location. All employees may be eligible to become The Trade Desk shareholders through eligibility for stock-based compensation grants, which are awarded to employees based on company and individual performance. The Trade Desk also offers other compensation depending on the role such as sales-based incentives and commissions.
