Collaborate with other leaders to solve business challenges together, identify opportunities for growth, and drive efficiency and effectiveness across the organization. Develop trusting and productive relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally. Motivate and empower a team to drive consistent year on year account growth. Manage for team bandwidth, delivering a high-level of account support and reporting progress against goals to management. Identify and grow talent on the team; invest in people from early in their career to initial positions of leadership, building our next generation of technical and analytics leadersWHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:10+ years of working experience and 5+ years of experience in managerial positions. Managerial experience & strong leadership skills; ability to set and communicate goals, measure accomplishments, hold team accountable, and give useful feedback; delegate and develop; keep people informed, and provide effective coachingComprehensive understanding of the digital marketplace, and broader understanding of the US media marketplace as a whole. Strong, foundational knowledge of DSPs, SSPs, ad servers, programmatic execution, verification partners, and data partnershipsAdvanced Excel User (Pivot Tables, Joining Data Sets, Complex Formulas, etc.)Experience with other databases, visualization tools, or coding languages is a plusStrong analytical abilities and quantitative skillsStrong presentation skills and comfort presenting to senior stakeholdersOutstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a get-it-done now start-up environmentProven track record of growing accounts by forging a strong relationship with clients, understanding their objectives, and recommending best strategies using data#LI-JT1Our Compensation and Benefits ( for NY, CO, CA, and WA residents only)At the Trade Desk, Base Salary is one part of our competitive total compensation and benefits package and is determined using a salary range. The base salary range for this role is $104,700 -$191,900In accordance with NY, CO, CA, and WA law, the range provided is The Trade Desk's reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location. All employees may be eligible to become The Trade Desk shareholders through eligibility for stock-based compensation grants, which are awarded to employees based on company and individual performance. The Trade Desk also offers other compensation depending on the role such as sales-based incentives and commissions. Plus, expected benefits for this role include comprehensive healthcare (medical, dental, and vision) with premiums paid in full for employees and dependents, retirement benefits such as a 401k plan and company match, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, well-being benefits, reimbursement for certain tuition expenses, parental leave, sick time of 1 hour per 30 hours worked, vacation time for full time employees up to 120 hours thru the first year and 160 hours thereafter, and around 13 paid holidays per year.
