Work with brand and agency clients to understand business and marketing needs, assess ad effectiveness, performance, and satisfaction, and make proactive recommendations at a strategic and tactical level for optimal performance. Identify and use data to measure effectiveness and promote new strategies that align with client goals and increase revenue and partner with Account Management and Sales Executives to provide support for clients, including onboarding and optimization training. Identify, leverage, and/or develop workflow efficiencies that will help scale the company’s ability to support brand and agency client needs and work with Product Management to help define features and drive enhancements to the TTD platform. Work with commercial activation and research/insights teams internally to tie consumer and market information into strategic and tactical recommendations. Provide information about how TTD's value prop differs from the rest of the DSP marketplace. Work with commercial activation and campaign research/insights to understand macro level marketing and sales trends that are applicable to clients. Work with internal teams to understand DSP competitor offerings and TTD’s value proposition. Follow along with DSP industry trends to strengthen TTD’s position when devising strategic plans with clients. Participate in alpha and beta testing of TTD products and advancements. Attend internal company meetings and provide management information regarding Ad spend portfolio performance/trends. Participate in alpha and beta testing of TTD products and advancements.Salary: $109,845 - $141,600/yearJob Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Marketing or related field and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or related role. Must have four (4) years of experience with: programmatic marketing and hands-on DSP experience; and understanding data from multiple sources and deciphering data-driven stories to report on performance. Must have experience with: solving advanced technical problems including API solutions, complex discrepancies across multiple reports/platforms, and frequency analysis; managing year-over-year revenue, performance, and feature adoption for a portfolio; and advanced Microsoft Excel functions including pulling large data sets from multiple reports and providing analysis to clients, producing graphs and tables, and performing calculations and automation to process large volumes of data. Must have troubleshooting and analytical experience across different platforms in the programmatic space including Ad Servers, DSPs, Publishers, Reporting Suites, Measurement Providers ranging from sales data to visitation tracking, CDPs, MMPs, and DMPs.
