We value the unique experiences and perspectives that each person brings to The Trade Desk, and we are committed to fostering inclusive spaces where everyone can bring their authentic selves to work every day.So, if you are talented, driven, creative, and eager to join a dynamic, globally-connected team, then we want to talk!What you'll do:Manage and grow our partnerships with premier digital publishers and SSPs globally with focus in North AmericaProvide day-to-day direct Publisher and SSP partner support, managing key relationships and coordinating workstreams internally.Scale and oversee success of ongoing Publisher and SSP partnerships by recommending commercial, product, and operational improvementsSupport partner implementation of major TTD initiatives like Unified ID 2.0, EUID, OpenPath, and OpenPass in collaboration with internal TTD stakeholdersGain a deep understanding of The Trade Desk platform and lead Publisher and SSP-focused projects that improve customer experience and drive growthLiaise with the Technical Account Management team to strategize and prioritize technical adoptions with partnersWork with Product Management to help define features, drive enhancements to The Trade Desk platform, and comply with industry standards and governmental regulationsMonitor partnership performance and health and oversee escalations to technical and operational teamsWork with partners to refine integrations and establish standards for transactionUnderstand and communicate TTD’s value proposition and technologyWho you are:Bachelors Degree4+ years of programmatic experience in account management at DSPs, SSPs, ad servers, media companies, data companies, or other related organizationsProven track record of building partnerships by forging a strong relationship with vendors and clients, understanding their objectives and recommending best strategiesSelf-starter able to seek initiatives, and lead a project from start to finishDeep understanding of programmatic advertising with the ability to rapidly grasp new technology, product changes, and complex conceptsAbility to collaborate cross functionally with many teams and influence stakeholders in a fast-paced start-up environmentOutstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail,Effective time management skills – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines with top notch organizational skillsSQL experience is a plusOur Compensation and Benefits ( for NY, CO, CA, and WA residents only)At the Trade Desk, Base Salary is one part of our competitive total compensation and benefits package and is determined using a salary range.  The base salary range for this role is $91,300 -$167,400In accordance with NY, CO, CA, and WA law, the range provided is The Trade Desk's reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role.  The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location.  All employees may be eligible to become The Trade Desk shareholders through eligibility for stock-based compensation grants, which are awarded to employees based on company and individual performance. The Trade Desk also offers other compensation depending on the role such as sales-based incentives and commissions.  Plus, expected benefits for this role include comprehensive healthcare (medical, dental, and vision) with premiums paid in full for employees and dependents, retirement benefits such as a 401k plan and company match, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, well-being benefits, reimbursement for certain tuition expenses, parental leave, sick time of 1 hour per 30 hours worked, vacation time for full time employees up to 120 hours thru the first year and 160 hours thereafter, and around 13 paid holidays per year.  Employees can also purchase The Trade Desk stock at a discount through The Trade Desk’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
