Pay Rate:$22.12 - $31.68Logistics Customs Compliance Administrator Status: Non-Exempt (Hourly)Department: Logistics OperationsPosition SummaryThe Logistics Administrator supports Plug Power’s Logistics team, as well as our associates and customers. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic self-starter with an acute attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to interact professionally and effectively with the individuals we support.Core Duties and ResponsibilitiesPartner with the Transportation Management System software providers to form strong and influential relationships in representation of Plug Power.Provide technical expertise, business knowledge, reporting, analysis and coordination on essential configuration, processes and objectives supporting both logistics operations and freight payment.Leverages knowledge of system capabilities, provides recommendations on future solutions to meet dynamic business objectives; complete required analysis, design, development and testing of proposed changes.Collaborate with the administrative team to develop organized administrative systems. Perform all other duties as assignedEducation and Experience3+ years of experience specifically involved with the design, implementation and/or leadership of supply chain systems.Bachelor’s degree preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) Virtual Platforms (Zoom, Teams, WebEx), Concur Travel and Expense, and other web-based platforms highly preferredAbility to manage and respond to a steady flow of projects and initiatives in a high-paced environmentKnowledge of office management systems and proceduresMaintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive materialPositive attitude, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task effectivelyAbility to role model high standards of professionalismExcellent follow-throughMust be driven and self-motivatedMust possess the highest ethical standards and a commitment to work qualityWe offer a fantastic total rewards package at Plug, and a brief summary is below:✓ Base salary is determined on a number of factors including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography.
