Pay Rate:$52,250.00 - $78,375.00Change Project CoordinatorStatus: Exempt (salaried) Department: Engineering Ops/Program Management SUMMARY:The Change Project Coordinator is responsible coordinating and planning the implementation of product design changes into production. This function ensures an efficient and accurate roll out of change. The role fits within the change management department and works with many teams including, manufacturing, project management office, design engineering, production and other cross functional teams. Primary roles will be PDM/PLM (product data management/product lifecycle management system), ERP (enterprise resource planner system) and change management.Learn and understand Enterprise Resource Planner (ERP – Avante). Ability to organize and enter data quickly and accurately. Ability to work effectively in team environment as well as independently. Ability to set and re-evaluate priorities based on workload Ability to interact with various departments outside of Operations and maintain a professional and assertive approach. Proven ability to problem-solve. High stress tolerance for fast paced, multi-tasking environment. Strong follow up and organizational skills, detail orientated. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook. ERP (Avante), PLM/PDM (specifically PTC Windchill) experience desired. Standard Operating Procedures, client operations and best practice knowledge Change Coordinator performs:Lead multi-functional groups in processing engineering changesFacilitate ECO cut in schedule and dataDevelop, track and report key metricsMonitor and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient and timely change cut inEffectively communicate with scheduling, materials, engineering, management and production.Update and maintain change control documentation.Support engineering by updating specs and entering part numbers, as needed.Update and maintain standard documentation as needed.Process and review manufacturing orders and PO's.Ensure consistency across Service Portal, ERP, PLM/PDM systemsAssist in the clean-up and organization of PDM/PLM Vault.Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment and multi-taskMay perform other duties as assigned. Change Coordinator requirements include:Minimum Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or related field.Experience with a web-based product life cycle management system (i.e. Windchill).Working knowledge of bill of material (BOM) structure as it relates to product life cycle management or materials resource planning systems.Basic office/administrative experience preferredMust be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction, and must be able to improve performance through management feedbackStrong organization skills, including detail orientation with strong follow up and follow-through skills Strong oral and written communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft OfficeWe offer a fantastic total rewards package at Plug, and a brief summary is below:✓ Base salary is determined on a number of factors including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography.
