Position SummaryThis position is responsible for monitoring and maintaining the hydrogen logistics network for Plug Power throughout the United States. The position reports to the Canonsburg, PA office. This role requires excellent internal and external communication, organization, and prompt readiness to handle the day-to-day activities required in the Core Duties and Responsibilities listed below. This position is also critical to interface with customer stakeholders and exceed their expectations for service thereby furthering Plug Power's reputation as the leader in hydrogen fuel cell power solutions.Core Duties and ResponsibilitiesWork closely with Regional Distribution Managers to complete logistical demands and tasks associated with Plug Power’s logistics networkProvide Customer Service for future and existing customers via email and phoneDaily telemetry monitoring, data collection and historical usage review and analysisMaintain an internal tracking report of all telemetry levels and customer correspondenceCommunicate immediate fulfillment status notification and/or delivery issues within the organization to points including logistics management, operations, and customer service, as well as external customersUse company software to accurately determine forecasted customer demandAbility to adjust to customer demand and plan accordingly to ensure customer supply levels are maintainedCommunicate and document operations, supplier and customer events to share with teamForecast Liquid Hydrogen deliveries originating from Plug Power PlantsForecast Compressed Hydrogen deliveries originating from Plug Power PlantsWork closely with vendors to oversee sub-contracted Liquid Hydrogen deliveries to maintain fulfillment for Plug clients.
