MechanicStatus: Non-exempt (hourly)                                                            Position SummaryWe’re searching for a Mechanic to join our team. As a Mechanic at Plug Power, you’ll use blueprints, schematics, small power tools, and electronic test equipment to perform a variety of maintenance tasks and determine causes of operating problems in areas including, but not limited to, electrical systems/components, vacuum, electrical fixtures/switches/power sources, and mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.What you’ll do:Perform installation, maintenance, and repairs on Cryogenic TrailersLocate and diagnose failures, replace defective components, and perform basic troubleshooting using standard electronic equipment, detailed drawings, diagrams, sketches, specifications, prints, manuals, and verbal and/or written instructions.Use a variety of hand, power, and test tools and equipment.Perform Preventative Maintenance of mechanical devicesFollow all safety rules and practicesPerform other duties as assigned.What you’ll need:Minimum of 1 year of experiencePrior automotive repair experience with basic troubleshooting a plusPay Rate:$20.07 - $26.90We offer a fantastic total rewards package at Plug, and a brief summary is below:✓ Base salary is determined on a number of factors including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography.
