SAP S/4 System Administration Manager (SAP S/4 Basis)Status: Exempt (Salaried) Department: Information TechnologyPosition SummaryPlug Power is seeking a System Administration Manager (SAP S/4 Basis) with the strategic skills and experience to manage, maintain and support SAP S/4 system on private cloud (HEC). You will be supporting a large public company with a multifaceted environment using SAP S/4 as part of Plug’s ERP modernization project.  As a System Administration Manager, you will be responsible for managing the SAP landscape, plan and support the SAP S/4 upgrade on HEC, monitoring and optimize the system performance.Core Duties and ResponsibilitiesAdministration of the SAP S/4 systems and managing the system landscapeMonitor and optimize the performance of the SAP system Work with SAP HEC Team for system upgrade including planning, communication, execution and database back up and restorationEvaluate the need for system refresh by production client copy to quality and development instancesManage the SSO and SSL for SAP UXSupport the transactional and master data archivingManage and troubleshooting of the content server for document archivingTroubleshooting of the FIORI applicationsTroubleshooting of the connectivity issueMaintaining and managing archiving AL11 directory/ folders for processed transactions Troubleshooting of the issues on devices consuming FIORI appsManage FIORI catalogue/group authorizationManage Job SchedulingDownload the country specific best practice, language package in the vent of the new country role out from business expansionCollaborate with the team on larger features as well as work independently on smaller onesUnderstand technical frameworks and landscape to provide explanations of various alternativesRepresent Plug in a professional manner at all times and in all interactionsPerform all other duties as assignedEducation and ExperienceMinimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent alternative education, skills, and/or practical experience4+ years experience in SAP S/4 HANA Basis Administration3+ years of relevant experience in SAP Solution Manager, ITSM, configuration, and flexible workflow setupExperience in administration, architecture, design and implementation of S/4 HANA on private cloud (HEC)Experience in system refresh, client copy and database back up/ restoration method Experience on designing and setting up security tasks for UX requirements with SSO and SSLExperience of working with SAP HEC team for patch/ technical upgrade including planning, communication, support executionExperience on performance optimization of S/4 HANA systemExperience on FIORI Architecture, FIORI Landscape and FIORI applicationsExperience on installation of SAP language package, SAP country specific best practiceExperience on configuring content repository for document archivingExperience on Launchpad driven SAP authorizationExperience on monitoring, troubleshooting and tuning the S/4 systemExperience on troubleshooting and solving connectivity and performance issuesExperience on enabling and managing different devices consuming FIORI appsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills / detail-orientedExcellent at identifying and solving problemsCapable of researching complex problems and finding solutionMust be driven and self-motivatedSuperior communication skillsPay Rate:$86,815.00 - $138,904.00We offer a fantastic total rewards package at Plug, and a brief summary is below:✓Base salary is determined on a number of factors including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography.
