Sr. SAP Finance AnalystCompany: Plug PowerLocation: Latham, NYPlug Power is seeking an Sr. SAP Finance Analyst to join our team. As the Sr. SAP Finance Analyst you will be responsible for managing source data and transformation templates associated with the general ledger, profit center and cost centers. Outside of finance, you will also work closely with other key business areas, such as materials management, procurement, sales, to ensure alignment with corporate structures. Post the organization’s SAP implementation and go-live, you will be responsible for several change management initiatives and responsibilities associated with the daily maintenance of the SAP system. If you are a results-driven professional with a passion for data management and are looking for a challenging opportunity to grow your career, we encourage you to apply.Responsibilities:Manage and maintain the general ledger, profit center and cost center source data and transformation templates for SAP rollout and implementation.Ensure data accuracy and consistent application of data objects across cross-functional areas within the ERP system.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements based on various scenarios.Outline and test various finance related solutions.Manage and maintain finance related hierarchies within the ERP.Develop and maintain training materials associated with finance related ERP topics.Work closely with internal and external reporting teams to ensure proper mapping of activities to financial statements.Build and maintain highly effective cross-functional relationships with colleagues to ensure effective communication and value-added working relationships.Perform all other duties as assignedRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field5-7 years of Financial Reporting experienceExperience with data analysis, reporting, and managementStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsDemonstrated analytical abilities with strong attention to detailExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalProficiency in ERP systems and data management (SAP preferred)Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsComputer and software systems skills as applicable to position including but not limited to Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and OutlookUncompromising dedication to qualityAbility to manage complex projects and multi-task effectivelyMust be driven and self-motivatedTeamwork oriented and focused.
