We are seeking a Product Marketing Analyst to support Plug Power’s liquid hydrogen infrastructure offerings. As the Product Marketing Analyst, you will contribute to market research and analysis, value proposition development, product launch and go-to-market strategy and execution, strategic product positioning, campaign planning, and sales support. You will use your market & customer knowledge as well as knowledge of the Plug suite of products to identify target markets and to create marketing programs and sales collateral required to capture them. You will work closely with product management, sales, finance, and others in marketing to effectively position & promote the product, ensuring customer satisfaction and business results.The Product Marketing Analyst will play a prominent role in understanding the details of Plug Power’s markets and the customers of whom they consist, how they are developing, and where they are going. Providing key support to the Energy Solutions Business Unit team, you will focus on driving both top-of-funnel and funnel throughput volume.  Exceptional attention to detail, analytical skills and ability to execute will be key to the success of this role. If you are self-motivated with an understanding of value proposition development and go-to-market strategies, this is an exciting career opportunity for you.Core Duties and ResponsibilitiesEvaluate and track competitive and complimentary market offerings and solutions; use this knowledge to paint a picture of the market for Plug customers and business planning teamsIdentify value proposition drivers, using in depth knowledge of Plug’s customers, their industries, and their business challenges to help to demonstrate the value of Plug products within specific, strategic customer segmentsUncover new market segments, both geographical and vertical, where Plug’s offerings can have a positive impact on customers’ bottom lines and on the planetDevelop and maintain market economic models and act as a resource for sales and business planning teamsWork with Sales and Product management to create the content and tools needed to successfully win deals; help train sales on that content & support sales in identifying opportunities and closing dealsOwnership of product webpages and physical product brandingIdentify cross selling opportunities within Plug where you will propose and create cross business unit solution bundlesDefine promotional activities, publicizing Plug’s offerings through the press, sales team, and other distribution channelsWork collaboratively with the product management, sales, development, support, and implementation teams to drive effective product communications throughout the organizationEducation and Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management or related field with 5-8 years experience in market or customer analysis in an innovative, technical environment.Demonstrate aptitude for analytical thinking and creative problem solving.Must demonstrate financial acumen; previous work with financial modeling and business case preparation a plus.Experience working with business transformation and process evolution is a plus.Energy experience is a plus.Ability to flex as needed and excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentDynamic interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences and stakeholdersStrong quantitative and analytical skillsAbility to deal with ambiguityThe ability to work independently in the face of complex assignmentsUncompromising dedication to qualityExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and project management skillsExcellent follow-throughMust be driven and self-motivatedPay Rate:$75,240.00 - $112,860.00We offer a fantastic total rewards package at Plug, and a brief summary is below:✓Base salary is determined on a number of factors including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography.
