This is a unique position which requires deep functional and technical expertise coupled with the ability to solve problems creatively and effectively. Person in this role will be part of the offshore Delivery and Support team working closely with US IT team and business team in delivering project and support activities. The person in this role will perform 70% Technical & 30% functional activities with customer first approach, highly collaborative, and constantly seek input to ensure success. Key Responsibilities:• Work with the functional consulting team to deliver NetSuite solution including customization, scripting, integrations & support case resolutions• Author detailed design/specification documents capturing workflow processes, use cases, exception handling and test cases.• Develop custom code using Suite Script to meet business requirements.• Code debugging & troubleshooting in effective direction.• Work on configuration changes to fields, workflows, roles/permissions, page layouts, custom objects, custom record types, reports and dashboards• Integrate other applications and NetSuite APIs.• Advise on how to leverage out-of-the-box NetSuite solutions, as well as when to customize• Solves complex problems by working with cross-functional teams from IT and business across regions• Be a subject matter expert and train/mentor teammates and business personnel as needed• Provide Level 2 and 3 support on service incidentsRequirements:• More than 7 years of development experience in NetSuite• Demonstrable experience in various types of Suite Script 2.0 – specifically Map/Reduce & RESTlets• Demonstrable experience in Suite Talk Webservices (SOAP, REST)• Sound knowledge in Suit flow & Suite Analytics• Basic understanding of Suite SQL • Hands on experience on NetSuite Integration with other SaaS application using API and Microservice approach.• Good understanding of Order-to-Cash and Record to Report modules in NetSuite.• Good knowledge in automate, integrating procurement systems such as RPA systems. • Knowledge in Workday Financial is an added advantage• Good understanding of agile development process• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.• Initiative-taking and able to work on critical tasks independently and as a member of a team.• Effective communication and interpersonal skill• Bachelor's degree or master’s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent experience.About Us:Genesys® powers more than 25 billion of the world’s best customer experiences each year.
