This is a fast paced and highly collaborative environment with many moving pieces. We are looking for an Analyst with skills in customer support who wants to make a difference in the solution. This role will be part of a team working to provide application support and maintenance to CRM users and interface with application development teams to maintain awareness of new application deployments Responsibilities:•    Provide application support for Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ)•    Develop and/or enhance existing codes/programs within estimated plans. Unit test and deploy the developed features in QA instance•    Work with other developers and end-users to resolve support issues•    Reproduce and fix defects•    Perform IT testing and integration testing•    Perform IT policy and process documentation Required Skills & Experience:•    Bachelor’s Degree •    Minimum of 1 year of Salesforce administration, System Support, and/or System Administration•    Good analytical, debugging, and communication skills•    Knowledge in CRM concepts and experience in Salesforce configuration, admin, and customization•    Salesforce Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, SOQL and configuration skills •    Previous experience in working as a support analystAbout Us:Genesys® powers more than 25 billion of the world’s best customer experiences each year.
