By measuring, monitoring and orchestrating exceptional customer journeys, Pointillist enables customer-centric enterprises to optimize CX and improve business outcomes. Pointillist literally joins the dots.  Whether it’s piecing together the chain of actions that lead to a customer support call, or letting a company see the triggers for customer decisions, Pointillist collects and analyses the data to find the answers. Whether it’s small companies or Fortune 500 blue chips, each benefit from the unique insights Pointillist gives them into their data, and the journeys of their customers.  What will you be doing? Collaborate with other professionals to determine functional and non-functional requirements for new software or applicationsUse tools and methodologies to create representations for functions and user interface of desired productDevelop high-level product specifications with attention to system integration and feasibilityDefine all aspects of development from appropriate technology and workflow to coding standardsCommunicate successfully all concepts and guidelines to development teamOversee progress of development team to ensure consistency with initial designProvide technical guidance and coaching to developers and engineersEnsure software meets all requirements of quality, security, modifiability, extensibility etc.What do you need to be successful? Minimum 8+ years of experience in software development and coding in various programming languages.Excellent knowledge of software and application design and architectureExcellent knowledge of UML and other modelling methodsUnderstanding of software quality assurance principlesA technical mindset with great attention to detailExposure to Cloud technologies and architectures.AWS, GCP, Azure, Private, Public & Hybrid cloud environments.Big Data, Apache Kafka, Java, Big Data and Distributed architectures.Covid-19:Safety for our employees and our communities is a key priority for Genesys.
