You will be responsible for supporting the entire recruiting process for all assigned roles.You are passionate about developing candidate pipelines and conducting screenings. You will work closely with the team to implement hiring plans and processes that attracts and hires top talent, to take Genesys to the next level. What you’ll bring to the tableYou are keen on working in an international environment and supporting the company’s recruitment efforts while understanding hiring targets and implementing proactive recruiting strategies to accomplish complex hiring initiatives. You will be functioning as a specialized component of the Talent Acquisition team adding value throughout the process and using insightful knowledge on where to search and identify passive candidates. You take advantage of your education and prior experience to be fluent in profiles, competitors, and the technology industry. Some details about what you will do:Partner with internal stakeholders to source talent by providing experienced professional selection.Apply methodologies to ensure we are making great sourcing and selection decisions.Ensure a high level of candidate care to develop talent pools.Manage ATS and tracking key performance metrics.Conduct LinkedIn searches and create market maps for current and future roles.Promote our roles on social media.Constantly pipelining candidates to meet with immediate business requirements.Coordinate and attend and/or represent Genesys in recruitment events Minimum requirements:A strong background in recruiting across various functions, levels, and rolesExperience in sourcing strong candidates utilizing social media and other professional networksEnjoy working on ATS and managing the recruitment process effectivelyHaving an eye for detail and multitasking, whilst retaining focus on key prioritiesExcellent team player and being part of a cohesive team.Stakeholder administration skills with an ability to work in a team-oriented environmentAbout Genesys:Every year, Genesys® orchestrates more than 70 billion remarkable customer experiences for organizations in more than 100 countries.
