Your potential is waiting; why are you?As a Business Manager in the Northa America Sales Organization, you will take unstructured problems and high-profile opportunities, partner with colleagues and leaders from across the company to identify, set the direction for and implement strategic and operational transformations to support the strategic goals.  The ability to communicate and work collaboratively with a variety of teams and personalities is essential.  You should have a strong spirit of innovation, an inquisitive mindset, a high degree of intellectual curiosity, and should be comfortable operating in a fast paced, unstructured “start-up” style, team-oriented organizational structure. Responsibilities·       Leads critically important, higher impact, time-sensitive efforts to support the strategic goals of NA Sales·       A typical project will involve meeting with teams and researching and analyzing data, after which you will present recommendations to leadership and set a schedule for implementing change·       Collaborate closely with leadership and teams to deliver significant & measurable impact to our business performance·       Gather and analyze information, formulate and test hypotheses, and develop and communicate strategic recommendations·       Translate data into meaningful insights and present recommendations to key decision makers·       Develop, research and refine functional concepts, points of view, and problem-solving approaches that can be utilized to help leadership make decisions·       Capture industry best practices·       Create business cases, and develop communications ·       Collaborate with other areas, including sales, engineering, marketing, finance, human resources Requirements·       Experience in corporate, business and operational strategy·       5+ years experience in consulting or industry role·       Experience in the technology sector (preferably working with or at SAAS cloud companies)·       Very strong analytical & problem solving skills essential·       Advanced verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation, presentation, and influence·       Ability to create, quantify insights and effectively communicate recommendations to senior executives·       Demonstrated track record as an outstanding problem-solver and strategic thinker – able to work in the details and click-up a level to grasp the “big picture”·       Proven ability to manage projects with cross-functional teams to tight deadlines·       Strong influencing capabilities combined with self-leadership potential·       Must be a self-starter, creative, high energy, and comfortable running an initiative in a fast paced tech company·       A broad understanding of and passion for current technology trends#LI-JB1Compensation:This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
