Your potential is waiting; why are you?As an SAP Callidus Developer, you are responsible for developing, testing, implementing, and maintaining Genesys’ commissions application (Callidus). Troubleshoots and solves software issues by researching technical problems and suggesting improvements related to these applications. Partner with business stakeholders to analyze current state needs and challenges, design and make recommendations on process improvements, and assist with delivery and support of commissions technical enhancement. You will also engage in conversations, consult with teams, and use your knowledge to align the various stakeholders. This role requires both technical skills and interpersonal skills to be successful.Key Responsibilities:Execute production activities in the SAP Commissions UI and SQL Server, which includes running interfaces and transferring data between various data sourcesPerform data analysis/audits using the SAP Commissions UI, SQL (SQL Server), and MS Excel to resolve issues with paymentsParticipate on project teams and work independently with a diverse group of stakeholdersDesign and implement process improvements within SAP CommissionsResponsible for diagnosing complex technical issues and providing recommendations on solutions with consideration of best practices and longer-term impacts of decisionsMinimum Requirements:At least 8+ years of experience with SAP CommissionsCertified Callidus Cloud (SAP) Commissions Consultant PreferredExperience in Callidus Cloud Advanced WorkflowsExperience of working end to end implementations in Callidus Cloud CommissionsExperience developing Crystal reportsExperience in design, build, test and deployment of complex sales plansAdvanced SQL skillsExperience in building and maintaining dashboards in SAP commissionsExperience in requirements writingExperience with end-to-end testingDesirable Skills:Should be willing to learn and use new technologies quicklyGood thinking ability and problem-solving skillsAbility to quickly adapt to the changes and manage deadline pressure, ambiguity and change effectivelyAbility to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing prioritiesSelf-motivated and able to work on critical tasks independently and as a member of a teamStrong communication and interpersonal skillBachelor's degree or master’s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent experienceCompetencies:Flexible attitude and demonstrated ability to grow skillset and work across the entire technology stackExcellent technical and analytical skills to discuss problems, analyze solutions and enable improvementExcellent communication skills to effectively manage key business stakeholder relationshipsCompensation:This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
