Your potential is waiting; why are you?Job DescriptionJob Title:  Senior Workday Integration SpecialistSummary:This position is technical role to support and enhance HCM and Recruiting applications at Genesys (Workday). This role will be the trusted resource for technical design, implementation of technical solution, testing & documentation.  Key Responsibilities:Serve as a Techno-functional expert for Workday HCM, working with HR functional teams to provide creative solutions and long-term vision for the platform.In-depth understanding of Workday HCM core processes such as change job, manage organizations, creating new compensation plans and payroll feed integrationsCreating new inbound and outbound integrations in Workday.Support custom Integration between Recruitment tool & HCM and other third-party integrationsCreate and enhance workday reports (Custom, Matrix, Composite) and handle complex reporting solutionsTranslate business requirements to technical solutions and build design documentsMonitoring integration error logs to ensure that things are working properlyCreating complex dashboards and reports in Workday including creating complex calculated fields.Testing of new system features and releases and evaluating the impact to integrationsSupport the ongoing design, configuration, deployment, and maintenance in Workday.Interface with system architects and technical leads on report design, business process optimization and integrationsMinimum Requirements:Minimum 5-7 years of IT experience, mostly working with HR & Recruiting applicationsMinimum 4-5  years of experience working mostly with and building integrations with HCM systems in a professional, fast-paced environment.3-4 years of experience building Workday integrationsExperience building and maintaining inbound/outbound integrations in WorkdaySolid experience with EIB, Workday Studio and Cloud Connect type of integrationsFamiliar with functional aspects of different HR & Recruiting modules – Core HR, Absence management, Time & Labor, Compensation & RecruitingAnalytical approach to solving system issues including understanding system interfacesDeep Knowledge on XML, XSLT, Xpath, Web Services/SOAPGood written and verbal communication skillsSound knowledge in Agile processBachelor's degree or master’s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent experience About Us:Genesys® powers more than 25 billion of the world’s best customer experiences each year.
