Your potential is waiting; why are you?Job Description Summary:As a Senior Software Engineer on the Workforce Engagement Management (WEM) Development Team, you will be responsible for front-end development of complex, scalable web applications and common web application architecture using modern web application frameworks. You may work on domains like scheduling, forecasting, safe long-term storage of data, form builders, speech analytics, machine learning, data science, and reporting.About Role:We are looking for problem solvers to help us build next-generation platforms, products, and services. You will work closely with a cross-functional team of engineers on microservices and event-driven architectures. You are expected to contribute to the architecture, design, and development of new features, identify technical risks, and find alternate solutions to various problems. In addition, the role also demands leading, motivating, mentoring, and providing ample guidance to the other team members with respect to technical challenges.Major Responsibilities/Activities:The primary responsibilities for this role include (but are not limited to).Build, debug, and test web applications written in TypeScriptBuild shared controls to be used within our team and by othersUnderstand our APIs to use them efficiently in our web applicationsParticipate in code reviews to learn and grow as an engineerProvide feedback on team processes, architecture, and infrastructureParticipate in a minimal amount of team meetings (retrospectives, design meetings, etc.)Mentor junior Engineers in the team to help them grow technically and get past blockers.Minimum Requirements:B.Tech/BE in CSE, IT, or ECE6+ years of experience in Software Engineering, most of which was spent on the front-endExperience with the full application lifecycle from development through deployment and supportWorking experience with REST APIsSolid experience and understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).Hands-on Experience with one or more JavaScript frameworks (ie.
