Your potential is waiting; why are you?We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team to help drive the development and execution of our customer survey and interaction recording products.As a Senior Product Manager, you will work closely with customers, engineers, designers and other product managers to define, drive and execute the strategy, roadmap, and feature prioritization for these key capabilities within the customer experience space.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of customer needs and market trends related customer survey products.Define and prioritize product features, enhancements, and user stories based on customer feedback, market research, and business objectives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success, to ensure successful product development and launch.Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including creating and maintaining product roadmaps, feature backlogs, and release plans.Work closely with the engineering team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs and expectations.Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to continuously improve the products and inform future roadmap decisions.Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive product adoption and revenue growth.Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of launching successful software products.Strong experience in customer experience products, with a deep understanding of the market landscape and customer needs.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform product decisions.Experience working with software engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle.Solid technical background with the ability to drill into the details with engineering to determine the best solution for our customers.A fast learner that is highly motivated, persistent and a self-starter.If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for creating innovative products that solve real customer problems, we would love to hear from you.
