The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and launching successful products and will be responsible for leading a team of product managers to deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of our customers.Key Responsibilities:Lead the product management team in developing and executing the product strategy for workforce management and employee experience products.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales and customer success, to ensure the products are aligned with business objectives and customer needs.Conduct market research, gather customer feedback, and stay up-to-date with industry trends to inform product development and roadmap prioritization.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies and messaging that effectively communicates the value of the products to customers.Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products that meet or exceed customer expectations.Develop and manage the product roadmap, balancing short-term and long-term goals, and making trade-offs when necessary.Define and track key product metrics to measure the success of the products and use data to inform future product development decisions.Mentor and develop the product management team to ensure they have the skills and resources necessary to be successful in their roles.Qualifications:10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years of experience leading product teams in a B2B SaaS environment.Experience developing and launching successful workforce management and employee experience products.Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and functions.Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop product managers to achieve their full potential.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.We offer a competitive salary, benefits package, and the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a talented and supportive team. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
