Who are you? You are a talented and experienced product designer and mentor with exceptional problem-solving abilities and clear communication skills. You have solid design instincts, deep skills in Figma, along with an understanding of the way developers build out code. You are a self-starter who brings original ideas and fresh approaches to each team they work on. You are responsive, flexible, and thrive in collaborative work environments. You design for inclusion and accessibility. You are passionate about design systems and their power to support product teams in crafting consistent user experiences. Experience You Bring: Expert in Figma, interested in building components and plugins to support design systems.Understanding of front-end web and mobile technologies that are required to build out experiences. Partnering well with developers is a must.Experience designing or contributing to a design system and collaborating with PM and Engineering to strategize and build the most impactful parts using the Atomic Design methodology. Deep understanding of creating a consistent visual experience across a product while leveraging a design system. Ability to clearly communicate design decisions and written specs to team members. Ability to make quick decisions based on experience and research using a “fail fast, learn fast” mindset and continuously looking for ways to iterate and improve on your work.Experience with creating or contributing to design systems for enterprise and business applications is a plus. Requirements to be considered: A portfolio of design work that shows us how you solve problems.Four or more years of proven experience as a Visual Designer, Product Designer, or comparable role.
