Your potential is waiting; why are you?The Sr. Sales Excellence Manager will design, build, and implement strategic sales processes and plans that elevate the effectiveness of Genesys’ sales organization to exceed targets. The ideal candidate has a strong profile for global go-to-market strategy and analytics to develop selling processes and benchmarks, including driving the consistent usage of sales methodology and pipeline management to deliver accurate forecasting. This role will collaborate cross-functionally to build implementation plans for tools and programs that increase deal velocity.Conceptual thinking and problem solving in collaboration with executives to align go-to-market strategy with execution is key to success. Advanced communications skills are required for building networks and conveying persuasive communications and information by tailoring them to sales, management, and executive audiences. An analytical ability to create sales productivity benchmarks and KPIs, as well as to demo new processes, dashboards, and selling tools is highly desired. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
