You will design and develop infrastructure automation and stay abreast of industry best practices and contribute ideas for improvements in DevOps practices, delivering innovation through automation. You are a good team player, and you are familiar with Agile methodologies and principles and/or have experience working in an Agile team. We seek an applicant who will thrive in an open, dynamic, flexible, fun, spirited, collaborative environment; an individual who desires creative freedom and the opportunity to work in a high performing team.Key Responsibilities:* Build and maintain our cloud platforms and support applications, demonstrating agile and dynamic software support capabilities.* Perform deployments and maintenance to implement code, architecture, and configuration changes in Cloud Environment.* Develop and maintain new health checks for system and application-level monitoring.* Automate tasks through appropriate tools and scripting.* Continually focus on improving the application and innovation.* Participate in post-mortem and root cause analysis.* Work effectively in collaboration with other team members.* Rapid Prototyping.Minimum Requirements:· Minimum 3+ years of Hands-On experience as DevOps Engineer.· Bachelor's Degree or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, Software Engineering, or a relevant field.· Experience with cloud technologies like Azure / AWS (ex: ECS, Cloud Formation, S3, etc.,).· Strong experience in Docker, Kubernetes and Helm Charts· Experience with configuration management tools such as Terraform.· Experience with scripting languages such as Bash, Python, Groovy· Experience in automating system cloud deployment tasks using scripts.· Expertise in implementing and managing DevOPS CI/CD pipeline from scratch using Jenkins· Experience with versioning tools such as git and automation using GitHub Automation (GHA)· Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.· Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and communication skills.· Experience in Agile teams.About Genesys:Every year, Genesys orchestrates billions of remarkable customer experiences for organizations in more than 100 countries.
