The Head of EMEA Integrated Marketing plays a leading role in the development of our pan-European revenue pipeline.  Leading EMEA-wide field marketing, campaigns, and partner marketing functions, this role teams with our regional sales leadership and SDR team to build and execute pipeline marketing plans that consistently exceed targets and maximize marketing ROI.You’re an expert in Demand Generation & Customer Pipeline development through both direct and indirect channels. You’ve got 15+ years of experience in defining, executing, and measuring an integrated marketing plan to ensure effective lead generation activities that target the entire funnel to fuel pipeline growth, and you're familiar with selling to buying committees across IT and Business Decision Makers.  We turn to this person as the expert on the buyer’s journey in turning leads into the pipeline but are thoughtful in looking further down the pipe, tracking through to revenue for the business. You understand when to apply ABM-centric marketing vs. Demand Generation at scale, and how to allocate resources across industries, segments, regions and audiences. Your field marketing skills are second to none, and you’re committed to ensuring Genesys-owned Industry events of all sizes are highly effective pipeline-generating activities, run smoothly, and positively promote Genesys to existing and potential clients. You’re comfortable across the rhythm of the entire business, beginning the fiscal year in ‘planning’ mode and looking for opportunities to optimize your budget across the regions.   Throughout the year you ‘know your numbers” and are perpetually recalibrating to keep the business on track, and aren’t phased when the plan needs a rework. You have a long history of being the ‘go-to’ for sales leaders in helping to align sales and marketing activities into an integrated go-to-market motion.You will drive marketing initiatives across your designated territory in collaboration with Key partners. You will interface with Customers, Partners, Sales, Field Marketing, Channel Marketing, Channel Managers and Corporate marketing, in addition to external vendors.  That is to say, you understand what motivates partners, and how to leverage them as a competitive advantage in your go-to-market motion.  Most importantly, you understand the critical role you play in partnering with EMEA sales leadership to deliver on our joint objectives while crushing our short and long-term revenue targets and non-revenue KPIs. While tenured and experienced in our market you remain open to fresh ideas, embrace new channels, and thrive in an environment of experimentation with a ‘What if we tried…’ mindset.Organisationally, you have proven experience in attracting, developing and coaching strong talent across Europe and the Middle East.  You’ll create an inclusive, dynamic working environment that motivates a high-performing team and creates a clear path for staff growth.  You’re comfortable leading a team of mid-career professionals, and have deep organizational development skills to call upon. Who's the Perfect Candidate? 15+ years experience in Cloud / SaaS enterprise application marketing (B2B) to business and IT decision-makers.Strong Sense of Pipeline accountability and sales alignment.Strong Campaign and Field Marketing Execution BackgroundComfortable with Digital campaign and pipeline creationA strong quantitative skillset is a basis for your critical thinking processes and confidence in budgeting, forecasting, and modeling.Experience working with digital agencies.Proven experience ‘leading beyond the Job Description’ and representing the larger marketing team when called up by other marketing functions. Must have experience going to market through partners.The ideal candidate has 5+ years of Contact Center, Helpdesk, or Telecom solution market experience. Experience managing professional, diverse, and dispersed teams across EMEA.C-Suite engagement familiarityDeep Experience leading through Influence as much as through hierarchy. #LI-Remote#LI-RK1About Genesys:Every year, Genesys orchestrates billions of remarkable customer experiences for organizations in more than 100 countries.
