This unique position requires technical expertise and solving problems creatively and effectively. You will be part of the highly skilled IT Enterprise Integration team in Chennai that handles end-to-end integration for various transactional data across multiple SaaS applications. As a Senior AWS Developer, you will work collaboratively with Integration Architects, other IT teams and business to provide appropriate and efficient IT solutions for simple-to-complex integration requirements. This isn’t a role where you are expected to lead a team, but you are expected to design, build, implement and support various application integrations. Key Responsibilities:Design and develop large scale integrations using APIs and Microservices, that support agile delivery.Work with other developers to design and develop highly scalable and secure customer facing applications running on AWS, that are integrated with the backend ERP and SFDC applications through Rest APIs, Boomi API and Microservices. Engage with other technical stakeholders (operations, enterprise architecture, etc.) as necessary to manage technical requirements; facilitates estimation of costs and effort of work items.Create Proof of Concepts, define AWS services to be used based on business requirements.Define and document best practices and strategies that are related to application development, deployment, and infrastructure maintenance Support the technical design of the platform and ensure that the prescribed architecture, security, development/agile best practices are adhered toResponsible for diagnosing complex technical issues and providing recommendations on solutions with consideration of best practices and longer-term impacts of decisionsMaintain existing stacks and provide timely support in resolving issues.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent experience5 years of software development experienceMinimum 3+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing cloud solutions on AWS platformsCertified AWS solution architect professionalHands on experience in AWS S3, Lambda, SQS, SNS, CloudWatch, EventBridge. Hands on experience and skills in using CI/CD pipeline to deploy applications on AWS Hands on experience in Database tools, preferably Postgres Hands on experience in scripting languages such as Python, NodeJs.
