This is a unique position which requires deep functional and technical expertise coupled with the ability to solve problems creatively and effectively. In this role, you will partner across the organizations to analyze current state needs and challenges, identify improvement and automation opportunities, develop a backlog of user requirements, propose business and system architectures, best practices, initiate proof of concept effort for specific capabilities and work with IT development team to enable the product(s) – both off the shelf and custom. What this role isn’t:This role is not about taking orders or troubleshooting. This role is about diving deep, solving problems, and being a collaborative partner to IT & business stakeholders.What you’ll bring to the table:You should have deep functional expertise in Order to Cash domain with a proven track record of configuring O2C end to end processes in CRM or ERP, driving transformation, standardizing processes, and technology. You must have experience owning and implementing solutions for complex tech businesses, including models for SaaS subscriptions. You’ll need to be excellent at building trust with IT and Business partners, adaptable and lead with empathy.Some details about what you’ll do:Partner with various stakeholders (Finance, Accounting, Shared Services, Sales, Order Management) to identify area of improvement, define scope, document business requirements, gain consensus, communicate progress, coordinate test and implement solutionsPerform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutionsDraft and review requirement and technical designs, integration standards, testing plans, and other financial systems engineering-related documentation. Be a subject matter expert and train/mentor teammates and business personnel as needed Ensures that the delivery team commits to achievable and realistic goals and includes the entire team in the estimation/planning process to obtain diverse perspectivesResponsible for the Finance related internal controls; ensure robust controls and SOX/ITGC complianceRequirements: 5-7 plus years of experience implementing and managing ERP systems. Workday ERP experience preferred.Strong domain experience in finance applications, processes and capabilities (Order to Cash , Revenue, Record to report)Proven examples of work in solutioning and implementing end-to-end system solution for Quote-to-Cash processesKnowledge on how Coupa, Concur, Kyriba, Blackline, RevPro and other 3rd party solutions can be cohesively work with ERP solutions like NetSuite or Workday.Working knowledge in CRM and ERP systems for Order to Cash end to end solution, data flowsAbility to work with Finance stakeholders / product scrum team / senior architects / tech leads to provide detail requirements, solution analysis in finance domain.Previously hands on experience in finance systems for SaaS / cloud companies / enterprise B2B technology companies.Experience leading Agile teams and working with JIRA, CI/CD, DevOps and modern tech stacks (SaaS, microservices, mobile, AI capabilities).Experience in Leading roadmap development, implementation planning, analysis, stakeholder management, and business process definition#LI-RemoteCompensation:This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
