On the Genesys Cloud team, we pride ourselves in the two-way conversations our Product team can have with our customers, who are engaged with and energized by our product strategy and direction.As a Business Analyst in the Product organization, you will bring your leadership, strategic thinking, business acumen, and technical skills to the Genesys Cloud team. You will be responsible for defining the strategy and execution plan for Product metrics our organization seeks to track, understand, and improve. You will work with Genesys Cloud PM and business leaders to establish and implement processes to define our Product analytics priorities, lead their enablement and implementation, analyze trends, and provide business value insights to leadership.  In this role you will work closely with Product Management as well as Development, Design, Business Operations, IT, Customer Care, PS, Finance, and other functions. Key Responsibilities:Define Product analytics strategy and execution plans in collaboration with Product and Business leaders Develop and deploy analytics for reporting key performance metrics for the Product organizationLead and coordinate the development of Product dashboards including cross-functional implementation of project plansSupport Genesys-wide product planning activities including providing data and insights for executive reporting and presentations Provide insights and recommend actions for improvement through Product and Business data analyses Represent Genesys Cloud Product and business unit in corporate and business unit data and analytics initiativesMinimum Requirements:2-4 years working experience with data, strategy development, and analytics  Excellent communication skills, including presentationLeadership abilities and critical thinking skillsExperience working cross-functionally with product, operations, and business teamsDemonstrated proficiency in PPT, Excel and Tableau; experience working in Jira and Aha a plusProven track record of managing complex project deliverables in a fast-paced (ideally Cloud) environmentCompensation:This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
