Your potential is waiting; why are you? Summary:The Senior RPA Lead will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions using Automation Anywhere software. This includes leading a team of RPA developers and working closely with stakeholders to understand and identify processes that can be automated. The RPA Lead should have a strong understanding of document automation and be able to design and implement solutions that automate the processing and management of documents. They should have experience with Automation Anywhere's RPA tools, including the Automation Anywhere Enterprise platform, IQ Bot, and Bot Insights. Additionally, they should be able to lead and manage projects, as well as mentor and train team members on Automation Anywhere best practices and methodologies. The person will be responsible for requirements gathering, process mapping, solution design, robot development, and go-live and postproduction support. Key Responsibilities:Assess automation opportunities using Automation technologies (RPA, IDP etc.) and perform due diligence to arrive at an optimal solution considering feasibility of automation, ROI, Compliance requirements Provide recommendations to alter or reengineer process to automate or improve automation potential during the assessmentWork with business partners to elicit requirements, assess processes, calculate benefits, and create business cases for assessed opportunitiesProve viability of the proposed solution through proof of concepts or prototypesDesign and develop best-practice automations with reusable codeAnticipate and identify technical issues, dependencies, and other risks that may affect solution during the assessment and design phasePresent and demonstrate automation platforms capabilities to business teams within Genesys Provide support during System Integration testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure that the solution is delivering forecasted benefitsAssist development team in resolving technical/functional issuesCoordinate and participate in structured peer reviews and walkthroughsOwn production instance support and ensure customer satisfaction Requirements:10 + years’ experience in information technology3 + years’ experience with Automation AnywhereMust have outstanding communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills; this includes making presentations, leading technical discussions, and writing technical documents and architecture guidelines for the intelligent process automationAbility to work effectively across internal and external organizations and virtual teamsExtensive hands on experience in implementing intelligent process About Us:Genesys® powers more than 25 billion of the world’s best customer experiences each year.
