This unique position requires deep technical expertise and solving problems creatively and effectively. As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will partner with business stakeholders to analyze current state needs and challenges, be fluent across the entire technology stack, assist with delivery and support responsibility for the platform team, and drive technical priorities.In this role, you will need to bring your knowledge and experience in delivering solutions built with Salesforce. You will be able to bring in off-the-shelf technologies and work with internal teams to develop extensions for out of the box solution. You will also engage in conversations, consult with teams, and use your knowledge to align the various stakeholders. This role requires both technical skills and interpersonal skills to be successful.  Key Responsibilities:Assists the development of crucial mechanisms that support agile deliveryProvide hands-on assistance with exceptionally complex technical solutions, operating as a senior developer.Engages with other technical stakeholders (operations, enterprise architecture, etc.) as necessary to manage technical requirementsEnsure the engineering and technical considerations are accounted for in team ritualsEnsures that the delivery team commits to achievable and realistic goals and includes the entire team in the estimation/planning process to obtain diverse perspectivesAssists with the technical design of the platform and ensure that the prescribed architecture, security, development best practices, and agile best practices are adhered toMinimum Requirements:Minimum of 6 years of experience in developing and supporting high-performance and highly scalable applications in an agile environment, depending on educationExtensive hands-on experience with the underlying Salesforce technologies including Flow, APEX, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce pages.Strong understanding of Scrum, Lean, XP, Kanban, or other agile development techniquesFluency in DevOps, including continuous integration, continuous deployment/delivery, configuration and containerization, and monitoring Desirable Skills:Flexible attitude and demonstrated ability to grow skillset and work across the entire technology stackExcellent technical and analytical skills to discuss problems, analyze solutions and enable improvementExcellent communication skills to effectively manage key business stakeholder relationshipsAbout Us:Genesys® powers more than 25 billion of the world’s best customer experiences each year.
