Your potential is waiting; why are you?Job DescriptionJob Title: Sr. Salesforce CPQ SpecialistDepartment & Team: IT ApplicationsSummary:Genesys is looking for a highly driven Senior Salesforce CPQ Specialist to support the Go-to-Customer team. This unique position requires deep Salesforce administration expertise and creative problem solving. As a Senior Salesforce CPQ Specialist, you will partner with business stakeholders to analyze current needs and challenges about upcoming releases, enhancements, upgrades, and new Salesforce CPQ and billing features. In addition, this role will help with basic investigative troubleshooting and admin-level tasks.   Key Responsibilities:Manage product building logic including bundling, attributes, options, and categories. Manage pricing logic including price waterfalls, discounts, and pricing rules.Manage billing logic including usage records, invoicing, and scheduling Establish and implement change management around system maintenance and configuration Engage with other technical stakeholders (operations, enterprise architecture, etc.) as necessary to manage technical requirements; facilitate estimation of costs and effort of work items Ensure the team standards and technical considerations are accounted for in team rituals  Minimum Requirements:Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing and supporting high performance and highly scalable applications in an agile environment, depending on education Extensive hands-on experience with creating custom objects, workflows, flows, validation rules, fundamental triggers, and in the use of Salesforce lightning environment  Strong understanding of Salesforce CPQ and Salesforce Billing data models, and experience with SFDC Flow. Strong knowledge of Scrum, Lean, XP, Kanban, or other agile development techniques Flexible attitude and demonstrated ability to grow skillset and work across recent technologies About Us:Genesys® powers more than 25 billion of the world’s best customer experiences each year.
