The Director of Engineering must have the technical expertise to ensure the company builds compelling customer-oriented solutions in an iterative development environment. This individual will help lead and coordinate a growing team of engineers located in 4+ countries. Success in the role requires attention to detail, innovation and execution. Key Responsibilities:Effectively lead in the execution of the organization’s software development strategy.Provide day-to-day leadership of an Agile software development team including planning, design, development, implementation, security, tool and technology selection, and validation of company’s flagship SaaS product.Exhibit a high technical aptitude and strong engineering capabilities.Quickly dive deep into the product and engineering solutions.Embrace and help incubate new technologies and products.Conduct Design and Code Reviews to ensure compliance and standards.Wear a project management hat, coordinating resources, releases and communicationCommunicate effectively across all levels of the organization. Ability to lead team meetings and ensure effective messaging and utmost clarity among team members. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
