It will require passion and energy to learn the things this product team invents every day and to share those amazing experiences with our employees and customers.Some details about what you’ll do:Work closely with the VP, Executive and Internal Communications (who is based in the SF Bay Area) and her team, the Chief Product Officer and his key team members, and the SVP, Product Marketing and her team, on the internal and executive communications deliverables for the Chief Product Officer.These deliverables include:Research and write a regular cadence of external by-lined articles for the CPO with the objective of increasing Genesys’ credibility as a leader in cloud platforms and experience orchestrationDraft CPO emails to all employees on a range of topics, including major product announcements and key analyst reportsPartner with the SVP, Product Marketing on execution elements of CPO keynote presentations, including scripting and speaker notesCreate and produce innovative communications programs to educate Genesys employees on our overall product strategy and the success of the Genesys Cloud platformEnsure message alignment across Genesys Cloud, Marketing, and Strategy/Communications for CPO communicationsOwn the content on the Genesys Cloud site on our internal web site What you’ll bring to the table:10 years’ experience in a corporate communications or similar roleProduct marketing and technical communications required—specifically, cloud, digital and AI, ideally for CX and/or SaaS companiesExceptional communication skills (strategic thinking, writing, editing, social/digital technologies), with an emphasis on simple, conversational styleProven success in internal and executive communicationExperience in cloud, digital and AI, ideally in CX and/or SaaSStrong collaborative skills—exceptional skills in working across functions and up and down levels within organizationsExecutive influence skills, with the EQ to know when to push and influence an executive and when to follow suit and executeHighest levels of professionalism (trust and confidentiality are key)Business acumenGlobal perspectiveCreativityFlexible and energized by working in a fast-paced dynamic environment.Global experience, understanding and sensitivity to cultural differencesProfessional, collaborative, flexible, curious, pleasant to work withAbout Genesys:Every year, Genesys® orchestrates billions of remarkable customer experiences for organizations in more than 100 countries. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
