Key Responsibilities:• Work in an agile development environment, constantly shipping and iterating.• Interface with our Data Consumers, gathering requirements, and delivering complete data solutions.• Own the design, development, and maintenance of Tableau dashboards that drive key business decisions.• Partner with Data Engineering to enable the right data needed for visualization insights.• Triage many possible courses of action in a high-ambiguity environment, making use of both quantitative analysis and business judgment.Minimum Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related technical field.• 5+ years of experience in, analytics, business intelligence, data architecture, including data modeling (logical & physical), data visualization, data warehousing, and analytical enablement.• Solid understanding of database technologies including NoSQL and SQL.• Experience in writing and understanding complex SQL queries to solve different business analytical problems.• Track record of delivering reliable and performant Tableau dashboards. • Functional understanding of Sales and Finance (Quote/Order to Cash/Billing/Revenue) processes• Systems Expertise with applications like NetSuite, Oracle EPM Cloud, Salesforce, SAP etc..• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with ability to balance competing priorities.• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills and an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.• An ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is occurring, and ambiguity is the norm.Additional Skills• Experience with AWS S3 and Databricks About Us:Genesys® powers more than 25 billion of the world’s best customer experiences each year.
