Your potential is waiting; why are you?We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Full-Stack Application Developer with expertise in Genesys Cloud, Genesys Engage, or other CCaaS platforms.The successful candidate will demonstrate leadership skills in a software development and work closely with their team manager, software designers, quality assurance and engagement teams to develop applications for Genesys' app marketplace: the App Foundry.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement full-stack application solutions using Genesys Cloud, Genesys Engage, or other CCaaS platformsCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other technical experts, to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance processes.Conduct thorough requirements analysis and create detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and release notes.Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and techniques to continuously improve development processes and product quality.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure the smooth functioning of applications.Lead the integration of third-party applications and APIs, ensuring seamless interoperability and enhanced functionality.Provide post-implementation support and maintenance, ensuring optimal performance and addressing any issues that arise.Continuously stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the market.Actively contribute to the company's culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.Qualifications:8 or more years of experience building or integrating with Genesys software, especially Genesys Cloud and Genesys Engage8 or more years of commercial software development experience in C# .NET and Java8 or more years of commercial software experience with Javascript, especially Node.js and ReactExperience developing SaaS Applications in Amazon Web ServicesDemonstrate an understanding of designing, invoking and creating REST end-points inclusive of typical security models.Strong understanding of database management systems, such as SQL and NoSQLCompetency in discussing elements of design for web app user interface developmentAbility to work independently on routine duties or projects with general instructions on new assignmentsExcellent verbal, writing skills and the ability to effectively interact with clients (business and technical audiences) in the English language is a mustDemonstrate solid analytical programming and problem-solving skills including software operation diagnosticsMust be able to present examples of candidate written technical documentation such as technical design specifications, user guides or deployment manualsMust demonstrate ability to effectively understand and consult with clients and partners (vendors and internal teams) in a high paced environment and flexible schedules#LI-AC1#LI-Remote Compensation:This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below.
