You will be part of a design squad of around 5 people who work on Bot and Knowledge Management products at Genesys. This squad is part of the larger Genesys UX Studio, which has over 50 people including expert researchers, design thinking practitioners, and design managers. You will create high fidelity designs, ready for pass-off to a technical team, while also supporting other designers on your team. You will communicate regularly with PM and technical team members to ensure that work that has been passed off, and work in-progress, are all moving forward smoothly. You will contribute to the definition of upcoming work including scope, timing, research needs, and the type of design deliverables needed. Experience you bringExperience in core areas of product design such as information architecture, UI (User Interface) design, user research and interaction designExperience developing junior designers through regular critique, helping to make large problems more approachable and inspiring them to do their best workAbility to create a wide range of experience design deliverables including wireframes, prototypes, design systems, journey maps and high-fidelity mocksAbility to communicate innovation and design concepts to clients and colleagues using the methods & tools that best illustrate themCollaboration skills to work with cross-functional delivery teams on projectsWork closely with developers during all stages of a project, including development and deliveryLead design sprints, brainstorming, user testing, and client feedback activities with users, clients, and team membersRequirements to be consideredA portfolio of design work that shows us how you solve problems5+ years of experience as a UX Designer, Product Designer, Creative Director or comparableExperience using Figma is preferredExperience building chat bots or content management systems is a plusAbout Genesys:Every year, Genesys orchestrates billions of remarkable customer experiences for organizations in more than 100 countries.
