Reporting to the Senior Director of Global Logistics, this role manages warehousing, distribution, transportation, and reverse logistics operations to support Sonos’ logistics strategy in the APAC region. What You’ll Do:Own the overall logistics strategy and partner/footprint roadmap for Australia and New ZealandConduct network optimization analyses with the Data & Systems team to determine the optimal DC footprint for the regions managedManage logistics partners across warehousing/distribution, transportation and reverse logistics to ensure KPIs are met and identify areas of continuous improvement and cost reductionIdentify new partners and lead partner negotiationsOwn the financial budgeting process for the region and implement tools and processes to optimize and improve accuracy spend forecastsPartner with Fulfillment on inbound/outbound capacity planning to manage costs, support sales targets, meet delivery SLs and manage through constraintsPartner with Global Logistics Managers on inbound freight optimization from port to doorManage reverse logistics flows and ensure b-stock utilization and cost targets are met for the regionSupport in other regions of APAC logistics as neededWhat You’ll NeedBasic Qualifications:3+ years of experience in logistics, fulfillment or planningBachelor’s DegreeExperience working directly with 3PLs and carriers and managing contract negotiations Familiarity with returnsAbility to manage and drive partners, work cross functionally with both technical and non-technical teams, and a passion to reduce cost and improve the logistics customer experience Preferred:5+ years in logistics, supply chain or fulfillment operationsThorough familiarity with reverse logistics operationsBachelors in Business, Supply Chain or equivalentExcellent analytical, excel, program management, presentation and negotiation skillsAbility to make strategic recommendations and drive implementation working alongside Business Operations, IT, FP&A, Legal, and GTM    Your profile will be reviewed and you'll hear from us once we have an update.
